Excercise Ideas?

OK, so I have bad knees, I cant put a whole lot of pressure on them before it makes me want to scream. I cant do any of the Jillian Michaels workouts, I cant do the treadmill or anything until I'm at a point where I can put more pressure on my legs. Any thoughts or ideas as to what exercises I can do?

    Cycling and swimming are good, especially in summer!

    Tie a resistance band around something (a beam or a pole), and put it around your ankle. You can use the pole or beam for stability and do some leg pulls. Don't bend your leg, and hold your core in tight, so only your leg pulls back. Do 3 sets of 10. Gets your butt, hip flexor, and core all at once!
  • Thank you for all the ideas! :) I will definitely do the cycling (unfortunately I do not have a pool :( ) and the band thing sounds awesome as well. I've tried yoga before, I'm a klutz, but I'll give it another shot :D
