Getting serious about MFP

I have actually been using MFP for 8 months or so....although I'm embarrassed to say that up until about a month ago, I was not faithful to it. If I wasn't going to like the outcome of what I had logged, I simply didn't log that day. Didn't work out today? Nope not logging in. Going out of eat knowing I'll go over my calories? Nope not logging in then either. I can't say I'm perfect with it now, but I am certainly trying a lot harder, and you know what? It's making a difference in the choices I make every day and how I allocate foods throughout the day.

I am inspired by users on the website and their weight loss accomplishments. I do have some frustration with myself however. I'm sure people of smaller stature can understand, weight loss is a huge challenge. On top of that, I have a pretty muscular body type and so it is difficult for me to distinguish what an ideal body weight and proportion would be, without having my fat% tested; I have already come to terms with the fact that 120lbs is not happening, unless I want to lose a lot of muscle mass, and feel that I'm starving myself in the process.

I would like to get some feedback from those that are of small stature but muscular build. Help!
