Best site to calculate BMR and TDEE accurately as possible

I have seen a number of different sites that calculate your BMR and TDEE. I have used a few, and each time, the numbers come up a bit different. Can someone tell me which one they have used and which has been the most accurate in determining your numbers? Thanks!

I use the tools on Fat2fit: http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/
Just know that "calculating" TDEE and BMR should really be called "estimating", because it's a ballpark figure, not an exact number down to the second significant digit. Don't get tangled up if one site says 1483 and one says 1522 or something like that...it's not an exact science. The numbers will be somewhere in the general vicinity and will help you plan your calorie intake for a deficit from TDEE - from there, you can adjust based upon your individual results.0 -

Works great for me and I've lost weight using it.
Good luck!0 -
