I would say all the activity probably is helping you to gain muscle as well. Do you measure yourself? Keep tabs on your measurements. Lower the sodium and eat 1200 cals. Maybe change your work out routine. Once a body gets used to something it stays where it is. Try M/W/F cardio. Monday - run, Wednesday- Step Aerobics, Friday - Kickboxing. (other activities spinning(bike), dance, swimming) Tuesday/Thursday strength training. lift weights. Give the weekend to recover and keep switching it up. A personal trainer does circits to get the body going. Look online for circits there are a lot of ideas! If you need any more help just ask me!0
