I just thought I would check in and say a little about myself. I am 36 used to weigh 420 and now am down to 348, I have been using MFP for about a month and really like it. I workout at a gym 3 days a week and do TaeKwonDo 2 days a week. I have finally found a sport that love as much as I loved football in high school and that has helped me tremendously!! My instructor have talked me in to fighting in the novice class at the national tournament this will be my first tourny ever but what the heck you only live once!!
