Pretty Frustrated...

I was showing some decent progress for a while, but as soon as I got below 260 (hit 259 around the end of June), it stopped and I've been hovering somewhere between 259 and 262 ever since. And I'm working my tail off. I literally saturate my shirts with sweat so they are dripping when I finish a workout.
I'm doing a system that worked great for me originally during which I do lower body lifting and a run on Monday, some form of cardio for 4 minutes to an hour on Tuesday, rest on Wednesday, do upper body lifting on Thursday, along with a run on Thursday, some form of cardio for 40 minutes to an hour on Friday and total body weight training on Saturday with a rest day on Sunday.
And I think I've been doing an adequate job of tracking my food. I'll admit sometimes on the weekend, I don't formally track, but I keep in mind what the calorie goals are and focus on making good decisions.
Just more of a rant than anything, but any thoughts are appreciated.
And I'm willing to add anyone to share motivation and successes.
