  • Hello I have just finished the Insanity and starting the p90x monday. Did you get good results from it? I done great with the Insanity, I lost 30 lbs in the 2 months I did it.

Hey there, I also just started a new round of p90x. I completed a round a couple years ago and excited to get back into it. Today is Day #2!

I'd also like some new friends to help keep me motivated and on track. Feel free to add me!

I'm 5'7" 135 currently, the first time I did p90x I really toned up and lost a lot of weight that was fat. It definitely helped me build up my muscle tone again. I lost probably around 5-10lbs but I don't have much to lose

I started at 164, and got to about 152 and i'm 5'8. I really toned up and the photo you see now was after 2 months. I dont look like that now, so i'm pushing to get there and more.

Right now starting at 160 lbs, so not too much to lose either.

I am new to the site and have really gotten serious about my health. Me and a coworker stay after work on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to do P90X. I know this is not the traditional way of doing it but it has motivated me even further. Now on Tuesdays and Thursdays I walk/jog/run in the early morning. I hope everyone gets success from this. Hope to try Insanity next.

I just restarted p90x. At the rate I am going now I will have lost 30 lbs by the end AT LEAST. Just took me getting serious and eating the right foods. Nutrition is almost like chemistry. Need the right mixture of this or that with a little bit of this to get the results needed. Luckily I am just about 6 ft tall and so as i girl that's good because i couldn't carry the extra weight as well if I was like 5 ft. But I do not want to carry anything but my kids so here I am with a serious attempt at getting back to my pre kiddo weight. My family is filled with tall lanky people and looking at me you would think Im meant to be built thicker BUT IM NOT!!! lol...so anyways...im doing to original p90x again. If anyone has any great recipes, or just best exercises outside the videos they have found to work.. Please let me know. Im getting married in December so I can not be in pictures looking like a fat girl that ate the real me....

I am so happy to have found some fellow P90Xers, I love it! I just started back but I can most definitely feel my body changing. Plyometrics has to be my favorite workout.
