Why is food so good?

Honestly, I think I am addicted (in a weird way). Sometimes I will stuff myself until unable to walk then not eat for the next dayish. If I said I was fat, that would be a lie. Right now I don't have the ambition to go out and work out and find excuses to stay home. I usually say, "I have to work at 3 so I can't," any tips on stop binge eating and get my A** up and workout?

Unfortunately there is no magic bullet. It takes determination, willpower, and a reason to change your lifestyle that is truly important enough to you to get on track.

It's all about getting into a routine and holding yourself accountable. Your friends can only support and encourage you. You are the one who has to get to the gym - NO MATTER WHAT EXCUSE YOU THINK OF! The food issue is a little more difficult, because it's a matter of convincing yourself that you need to change your habits. Log a menu at night for the next day, and stick to it. If you spread your food out over 3 - 5 meals every day you will find that you don't have the urge to binge any longer. Also, limit the crap in your menu, and get lots of healthy foods packed with protein and fiber.

We are here to help and encourage you along the way, but ultimately it is up to you. I believe that you can do it if you really want it! Good luck my friend!
