My name is Burdena, and I am trying to get in habit to change the way I get. I have become an emotional eating and eat when I was stress. Portions is where I have to start getting better. I am twenty-four Almost twenty-five. I would also like to get in shape. I am at 248 pounds and i'm 5'3. I have done diets but I always give up but now I will keep myself on track. Also losing it for health issues in my family.
