Carbs+excercise

Hello,

first of all I want to say that I'm a 15 year old European, so please excuse my english mistakes.

I have a question, so I want to lose weight, the healthy way.
My parents brought me up with eating a lot of carbs, (bread for breakfast and lunch, and pasta etc. for dinner)
I cut a lot of it out of my diet, and I lost weight, but I really love bread and pasta, and because I want this for the long haul I want to be able to still eat carbs without regrets, so my question is if I could still have a flat stomach and basically the same results as cutting carbs as eating carbs + excercise?
