    I don't know of any blogs, but I got a book from a therapist called eat to Live by Joel Fuhrman

    He has a website that goes along with the book though which is kinda cool!

    The book really kicked my butt into why I need and want to get healthy!

    It's about nutrition not fitness, and health not weight loss.
