Hi all
I'm loving the Kashi honey and oats waffles
I just picked up today the go lean chocolate turtle bar (190cals)..it was pretty good, a little tough on my jaw..LOL
The only product I wasn't happy with was the oatmeal..I prefer quaker weight control
Any other Kashi products I should try?

Kashi GoLean cereal is great...1g fat, 20g carbs, and 13 g protein in a cup. GoLean Crunch is a little too crunchy for my liking hehe0

I got kashi cereal for 3 for $8. So I had the go lean and the go lean crunch. The crunch is a little crunchy and the go lean is a litlle too much twig- like fiber to me. Mixing them is great though. When they were all halfway I decided to combine both of them and what was left of the special k I had. If they made cereal like that I would never eat any other0

I think the frozen dinners are pretty good. If you like those, of course. And I think the Honey Almond Flax bars are awesome.0

The cereals are great as is the Mountain Medley granola. I love the waffles also with any kind of berry on top.0

I love love love the honey almond flax and trail mix bars! They're great when you need a small snack to fill up on. Kashi also makes this cracker that's like cheezits. I've only have them once so I don't remember the calories, but they've got to be healthier than cheezits, and they're good! Go lean crunch is good. I love crunchy stuff  I'm pretty much in love with anything kashi

I used to love the original Kashi blended grains (can't have most of them anymore) You can make them like a hot cereal, or cook them with chicken broth for a nice switch from brown rice.
Also, I sure do miss the Granola-type-bars with peanuts.0 -
I really like the Go Lean Crunch cereal - it is very crunchy. If it's too crunchy just let it sit in the bowl with milk for about 5 minutes (or whatever - until it's a texture you like) That helps soften it up a little!0
