Females that lift heavy

Any other ladies on here addicted to living in the squat racks or with the dumb bells?! Want to start a place where girls can leave tips, as I'm fairly new at lifting (athlete my whole life, just always ran).
I did my first deadlift today in my program and I looked beyond weak! Had the 45 lb bar with two 25 lb plates and it was still super hard to get through just 5 reps. Any tips?
