This never used to annoy me, but since I have made a conscious effort to eat more protein, I get really angry when I see the words "Greek Style" on a yogurt carton.

Honestly, a year ago I wouldn't have given this a second thought, but now ...

Anyone else come across new things which make your blood boil but which wouldn't have got a rise out of you before you started on your road to fitness?

I REALLY get annoyed when people go on and on about how healthy milk is and how it's "such a good source of calcium". Milk is not that good for you. Why the hell are humans drinking cow's milk in the first place? Go eat some vegetables or fruit.

I'm not vegan btw... I just am educated on why milk is horrible for you and all Americans have been brainwashed by the government to believe it's good. I'll probably be attacked for this, but it will just further prove my point...

I think the only things that really irritate me is what I call "marketing for idiots".... stuff like "zero calorie water" etc.

    "No added sugar!"

Yes, you didn't add sugar but you did add either aspartame or acesulphame K which give me headaches.

I also dislike that caadbury yoghurts have pork gelatine in them, but that's not really an advertising thing, I've had to stop eating them because I won't voluntarily eat anything from pigs. (More for everyone else if I don't eat it! Be happy and don't go on about bacon  )

    Lol

In the UK, if you buy a pack of nuts, the packaging carries the warning "this product may contain nuts". No *kitten* Sherlock!

reduced fat, low fat, no sugar added, all that crap irritates me. Also a lot of food get away with no sugar claims, when they still use forms of sugar in their food like sugar alcohol
