NO CALORIE PAM - BEWARE

I have been swearing by Pam simply because it's no calories. Then Alton brown enlightened me.
A serving of Pam is one tiny spritz, heck I would even call it half a spritz. This serving has less than .5 calories in it so legally they can list it as no calories BUT when we are spraying it to coat a frying pan there is calories in it. I don't know how much they can possibly add up to, but I was shocked to find this out. I had to share.

I use Pam ALL the time and have always wondered about that. I would love to know how many calories are in a normal portion size if anyone has that information. I even spray it on my popcorn!!!0
