Does it become an addiction?

I started out just wanting to drop a few pounds, which I have. I set my goal weight to 115lbs, but what I really wanted was to just be below 120 (even if it's 119.9) just to see a "teen" number on the scale. Now, I feel like 119 is not enough, will 115 be? I don't want to just keep losing and losing until i'm nothing but bones and then still not be happy with it...

I think you should take a think about what you are saying, your frame of mine isn't healthy and can quickly become an eating disorder. have you got any friends or family you can talk to. as i'm quite concerned for your health.

please be healthy and take care of yourself x

My goal was 125lbs then I got there and wanted to get down to 118lbs. I got down to 120lbs and I was too thin. I was trying to decrease body fat too. I prefer to have the fit look as opposed to the too thin look. I'm gradually gaining "good" weight.

its all about your own body... if you have more to lose than lose it.. if you are burning to much muscle than stop.. pretty simple

Instead of focusing on a number, what do you want to look like?

While I do have a general goal weight, I am more concerned with getting to a point where I am happy with how I feel and how I look.

If you like the way you look now, don't bother with the number on the scale.

this is a perfect example and so are you of knowing your body.. look at your body style and composition at 120ish (and not to be a **** just honest) look at hers at 119.. not even close to being comparable

i don't starve myself or plan to starve myself.
and i don't want to be muscular (or bony)
i just wanna look in the mirror and say damn, i look good.
i guess i can see how people can take it overboard though, i hope i would notice before i got to the point where i was too thin.
i really feel better and healthier now with the added exercise and i assume that once my body gets to where it should be, my weight will just level out. i won't be cutting back calories or anything like that in the future.

i was not at 119 in my pics, but i assume the point of that is that she is very muscular and i am very not :) which muscular is not the look i want at all, even tho she looks great, it's not my ideal body

yes, exactly. i think maybe i didn't word my question right and people are turning it into a body image discussion, not what i meant at all, it was just a simple curious question. i think i will stick to not asking questions anymore cuz now i feel misunderstood
