Hello. I'm new to this app. My boyfriend put it on the iPad & surprised me. I was very happy because it allows me to "see" what I have had to eat & makes me push to exercise to put it down. Lol!
I have MS & some days are harder then others. I am having a "down time" right now but When I am able to do the treadmill I will be on it. That's something to makes me want to give up (with lowering my weight) because I get so many set backs because of MS. I wonder sometimes if I can reach my goal if I can't exercise daily sometimes.... I was doing the treadmill for almost 2 weeks straight & now I've been off it for about a week. I'm NOT giving up though & hope being here will help.
Thanks & I'm cheering us all on!!!
A little about me. My name is Angel. I am 40 years old. I have 3 children... Dustin 22 & a grandson Brent 3, Ashley 20 & a grandson Lil'man 3 & granddaughter 5months & Camron 18. I have always been small; 98 to 103 at my heaviest (normally).
I found out at 25 I had a thyroid problem when I went up to 160 & slept all the time. After the medicine I was back down to my normal weight.
When I was stricken with MS my weight became a huge problem. I was on steroids so much that I went from 103 up to 150. I am now 140.
I'm NOT giving up though. My daughter & I both are doing the "weight-loss" challenge together. We are both determined to reach our goals!
