    I would love to join the challenge! I am assuming we just post our goals?

    :heart: Workout 3x's this week
    :heart: plan meals

    Im just going to not put crap in my mouth at all during the day and late evening while being bored. Ill try 4 days a week with exercising and more consumption of water:drinker:

    I need ot drink more water, I don't drink nearly enough!

    So my goal is to drink my required amount of water! And, to not let myself give in to cravings!

    Let's do it!
