Im just going to not put crap in my mouth at all during the day and late evening while being bored. Ill try 4 days a week with exercising and more consumption of water:drinker:0

I need ot drink more water, I don't drink nearly enough!
So my goal is to drink my required amount of water! And, to not let myself give in to cravings!
