Seems nothing is happening..

My first post here, so hello. I've been using MFP for 100 days now. I started at 195, and trying to stay within a 1200 calorie diet and performing little or no exercise (physical limitations), I have lost only 10 pounds. I've been at about the same place for several weeks now...and needless to say, I'm getting discouraged. Any suggestions?

    How about aqua exercise classes? Having your resting metabolic rate tested can also help, i just had that done and found out I was eating too much. Are you accurately tracking every bite? Are you drinking 8 glasses of water?
