I'm the new kid on the block

I blame so many things for me being overweight.
As a child I had severe asthma, so excerise wasn't that fun. I took prednisone like candy, which in turn makes you gain weight. I was 140 at 12 years old. This continued until I was in high school, where I soon fell into bouts of depression here and there. Depression drugs added 10 pounds. I started smoking at a new job when I was 19, quit when I was 22 and gained another 10 pounds. I was on depo for 3 years, gained 10. I got married at 21, got used to my hubby's cooking and gained another 10 pounds. I had two babies in two years (omg I love them so much), gained 20 pounds.
In April, I was hit by a car and because daily functions to came to a complete halt, I gained 10 pounds. With my 3 times a week physiotherapy SINCE April, I am now more mobile and able to live a more productive life again. It's not a matter of me wanting to lose weight to be more accepted by society or to feel more beautiful. Losing weight to me means that I have to be heathier. Your heart has to pump blood to every single fat cell in your body. Showing that I love my babies means that I have to take care of myself as well, so I will do anything in my power to make sure I see them grow up. At the age of 27, I need to get as far away from 210 as possible. It's gonna be a long road, but DUDE, I am finally ready.
