Last nite, I did 15 minutes of step aerobics (do I enter on my log as aerobics with 6-8 step) 6 minutes of Super Hula Hoop (how do I record) and Soccer for balance.

How do I log these items in my exercise journal correctly? :huh:

    If anyone knows please let me know I just got a WII FIT and I have the Jillian (From Biggest Loser) work out and I dont know how to log any of that in. It is a hard work out and I want to get credit for it! :smile:

    Nintendo has a little flash program at http://wii.com/jp/mets/ that will calculate your calories based on your weight for each activity in Wii Fit. The only drawback is that it's in Japanese, so you kind of have to guess your way through it (and your weight is in kg, so you have to convert if you use pounds... I just put mine in Google and it calculated it for me). There are pictures for the activities, so that helps.
