As a formerly very fit person, I have been hitting the gym hard for the past 10 days after a 3-4 month hiatus. My muscles are returning to their memory and causing me to feel very fat. I know I gained body fat, but this is odd. I am at or under my calorie goals every day and I log. Any ideas how long can I expect this?
