How important is it to eat all your calories?

I come short of my calorie goal most days. Mainly because of my extra exercise calories. I'm wondering if this will cause me to not lose weight. I cannot get this 15lbs off!

Just be sure to eat more than your BMI and keep your deficit between 500 and 1000.0
