wheat and beans

So after reading wheat belly and going wheat free for 7 days after today I am going to try and also go off beans, that might be a bit harder to do, since I always enjoyed a wide variety of beans. I am however looking forward to eating unlimited Raw Nuts.

after 7 days of morning fast and raw lunch eating.....having beans last night left me feeling unwell and bloated and of course the scale was up by about 4 pounds.0

I find that beans only make me gassy/bloated when I eat them quickly and don't chew them thoroughly. Did you chew enough?0

bean soup in the vita mix blender and mushed beans on the side with my cauliflower0

it has been almost 24 hours......and I still feel crappy and bloated, and I drank a lot of water today and ate lightly0

I eat rosarita no fat refried beans or refried black beans almost everyday. Love 'em0

Beans are going to make you bloated and gassy unless you soak them before you cook them and serve them with rice or quinoa to make a complete protein0
