Hi there:
I lost 70+lbs on Weight Watchers and have been in a major lull with WW for a bit. I've been slowly gaining weight, but I feel like it's not representative of my size (I work out a lot).
I'm going to keep my WW membership for a bit longer, but am trying this (calorie counting). i think the "Free" fruits and veggies are hurting me because I work out a lot and am often hungry, so I go for them when I could be going for other good choices which fit in my calorie range, but not "point" range, if that makes sense.
Anyway, it can't hurt to try tracking calories vs. points for a couple of weeks to see how that works out for me, eh?
