Well, I'm new to myfitnesspal. I'm not new to dieting and exercise. I know what I need to do, but when I get to my goal, I always fall back into my old habits (BAD HABITS)

    Same here, Its so easy for me to do the workouts but the cutting back on sweets is hard for me. I am really trying to stick to my goal as well. Goodluck to you!
