What do you say to the people who say you don't need to loose any more!!!
I have lost about 100lbs now (45kg and have about 15-18kg more to go) and I work in a large work place and nearly every hour of the day someone is making comment to me about my weight loss. Most is good and supportive, but some are starting to get to me saying you don't need to loose any more. I am trying to build muscle at the same time as loosing fat now and don't want to be rude to anyone as I can't be rude to staff as I am a supervisor and it is just not in my nature.
Do you think I should just be dismissive and say yeah your right and move on with my goals?

Depending on where you are on the "healthy" index, I might just say that I'm not at a healthy weight yet and leave it at that.
That being said, my dad did a weight loss program a few years ago and by the time he was where he wanted to be, he looked sickly, and people were genuinely worried for him. He knew it was time to start maintenance.0 -
I wouldn't agree with them, but you could always say: Thanks for your concern, I will take it in consideration. Then drop it and move on.What do you say to the people who say you don't need to loose any more!!!
