Well... Today was just a total bust. I weighed. I expected a gain because exercise didn't happen much last week. I did gain, but it made me angry... Then I binged... like a boss.

I made a conscious CHOICE to binge though. I was aware. I knew I shouldn't. I knew the desire to do so was triggered by the anger at myself. I chose to do it anyway. Now I have "Binger's Regret" and I'm angry all over again. I have to break out of this mindset or I'm going to end up erasing all the good I've done so far.

Meh. Suggestions welcome.

    Don't be discouraged, no one is perfect. Tomorrow is a new day, so start fresh. Don't set yourself backwards, just keep pushing forwards. You can do it!
  • Hi there I watched a episode from dr. oz and he said if you set one day a week as a fat-ureday you will actually lose weight.

    You are the master of your own destiny! If you eat it log it! Not much more than that. Eventually enough is enough.
