Looking for support and accountability

Hey guys been using MFP for a while but never posted in here. Just got modivated to get serious about losing weight before i hit the dreaded 250 mark. I've already lost 4 pounds since the begining of this month but i want to get input from others on what is working for them. Please feel free to add me :)

    I find change is what keeps me going. I'm trying to take a variety of different exercise classes so that I don't get bored, and it keeps my interest. Also not constantly having the same thing to eat every breakfast or lunch, by changing it up it helps keep me motivated to continue on this journey. Not sure if any of this helps you.
