Been on off this for a few months can't seem to get motivated need a lil push. Been doing light workouts cuz I seem to always hurt my feet when i work out hard. Last year was on the right path lost close to 30 pounds an was working out ever day and I broke my foot was immobilized for 3 months nd have gained what I lost back. I believe I'm ready to take control of my life now nd put it all be hind me and lose about 100 lb.

I'm kind of new here too! Ive had this app on my phone for like a year and this past summer I just started using it consistently. I didn't know that the forums even existed, but I think they're kind of cool!0
