Today is the first that I realized that I can actually from the sitting down position; bend over and tie my shoes w/o having to hold my breath to suck my stomach in just to reach my laces!!! HA take that fat!!

Awesome! I wear shoes I don't need to tie for that exact reason. I had a similar experience cutting my toenails, without having to bend all awkwardly just trying to see or gain access to my toes. lmao, but yes sweet victory!0

Same here. Actually just bought a new lace up pair of sketchers instead of the slip ons. I'm kicking my fats a double s. :sad: Cry fat cry.0
