IMO, Fiber and Calcium are always good to have a lot of - esp fiber!
Protein is important - but it depends what kind of foods that are contributing to your protein number. Are you eating a lot of red meat or pork, or leaner proteins like chicken and fish?

NOPE. mfp defaults to a ridiculously high carb setting. i aim for about 100g of protein a day and always go over on my fiber. i wish i could go over my calcium though, i dont get enough. :/

I think it is a good thing. I need more of all 3.

more protein to help stabilize my low blood sugar- and it sems to help my migraines
more fiber because I am on iron- and well, turns out being on iron means you need more fiber
More calcium= A: it also has been shown to hellp migraines and B: as a 40 yr old woman who doesn't do much dairy- I could use to be OVER in my calcium from time to time, I bet
