As the title says I started in May and I am seeing an MD, dietician, and fitness coach through a weight loss center. I got a ton of benefit from the MD and dietician but I didn't think I got so much from the fitness coach. I wouldn't consider it her fault but when your body is a wreck from sports and you're a few weeks off of shoulder surgery there is only so much someone can tell you.
I was wondering if you can program this to be retroactive. I want it to show my weight loss. I'm down 34 lbs since May first this year. Almost all of it has been from changes in eating habits, reading labels, and the sweet benefits of yard work on a hot day. I have played sports my entire life; baseball, football, and rugby though always way overweight. At 5'10 275 (playing weight) I was still one of the fastest and most agile on the field. Now days the challenges are more of the typical time constraints of life.
I work around 50 hrs/week at my primary job as a financial advisor/wealth manager then spend 5-15 hours a week dedicated to my position as n elected official, and 5-7 hours per month serving on various charitable/civic/gov/economic committees. I have everything down pat with the exception of making time to exercise.
That's me and my long winded introduction...
Any tips on adjusting the settings would be great.
