A little reminder

I've been in a little bit of a funk lately. I cannot get past this 15 pound mark. I go back and forth between 188 and 185 like crazy. But with that being said, my body is changing. I can feel that I've lost inches in places. I can even look at myself in the mirror and see a difference. And my clothes fit differently. I know that I'm gaining muscle and becoming a healthier me even if the scale doesn't always give me what I want. So I just wanted to remind everyone that the scale is not everything! This is about health. Love your body no matter what the scale says :smile:

    Hang in there eventually your body will "surrender" that extra weight and then you'll be on your way again.
