Am I doing this right?

I just want to make sure that I'm still on track. I'm supposed to eat 1300 calories a day according to MFP, and I've been doing a relatively good job with it most days. I've been using MFP and exercising at least 4 times per week since mid May. I've lost 17 pounds so far, but sometimes I feel like I don't look like I've lost that much, or I get discouraged about how much I still need to do. Can anyone help me make sure that I'm on track to lose more weight?
