NSV! Small to some, but improving.

I started DDPYoga 3 days ago. On day 1, I couldn't bend over and touch the ground, not even with my fingertips, now, after only 3 days of learning the positions, I can bend over and touch the ground with a closed fist! Like I said, small to some, but I am so motivated being able to SEE a change in only 3 days.!

    Isn't it amazing? Yoga just makes me feel better - I just do a few basic standing poses everyday and it just gets me motivated to make healthy choices!

    Nice! I've noticed the same sort of NSV. Before I started my journey I could barely touch my toes when I stretched my legs...now I can, and can even go past them (I'm sitting on the floor with my legs in a big Y shape). So, Congrats to you! :o)
