Freaking wore out! I havn't been exercising since I got really sick so It's been about 2 weeks. I know , I know, really bad, but I maintained my good eating habits and just hadn't lost weight becuase I wasn't burning calories I geuss or at least that's how I feel. So today, I re-started my Wii Active 30 day challenge and day 1 is complete. I only burned 200 calories, but holy cow I can deff feel it. Tonight I am doing my 2 mile walk, so I am pumped!!! My qeustion is I'm reallly feeling a little lightheaded now is there anything I can do to fix that? Sorry, if I sound dumb. -lol

    hope you feel better. cut back on sodium and drink plenty of fluids. good luck::drinker:

    Thank you!! I'm feeling better now. I just sat and relaxed and drank a butt load of water. I geuss It was just the feeling of not working out for awhile and then jumping back in strong! I feel great!!! :drinker: :love: :flowerforyou: :smooched:
  • Drink some water and have a snack wth carbs- like an apple and string cheese maybe.

    Like everyone else said, drink plenty of water.

    Maybe an orange or other fruit with some natural sugars as well, especially if you're a little shaky. I know when my blood sugar drops too low I can get pretty light headed.
