Hi Everyone

Just got my smart phone fixed (again), and I'm looking at getting some new nutrition books and would like some recommendations.

Doesn't matter the type of 'diet' or way of eating, always looking to expand my knowledge. So far I've read the Primal Blueprint, Good Calories Bad Calories & Fast Food Nation.

Thanks!

The Gabriel Method has some interesting aspects and generally ties in well with Primal/Paleo. If you like the ideas behind Primal Blueprint you might like The Paleo Diet, although I believe it's more rigid and doesn't include the more rounded lifestyle aspects.

I really enjoyed Hardwired for Fitness, it was very educational and not boring at all.

I have read The New Rules of Lifting For Women and loved it I started out with it just on my phone and went and bought a hard copy so I could make more notes.

    The Dash Diet.
The point of the book is to help your heart and losing weight is the bonus.
I don't follow it strickly, but I love the recipes and so do my kids!
If you decide to follow it, it gives you options according to how many cals you've decided to consume
