Anyone in the Iowa/Nebraska area?

Has anyone from Iowa or Nebraska ever heard of or enrolled in Farrell's Extreme Body Shaping?

I just signed up and start this Saturday - I'm pretty sure I picked the right thing for me, but it would be nice to hear some firsthand accounts from MFPers!

    Yes, I did this and loved it. It really works, but FYI you don't lose many lbs just lots of inches.

    Yeah I only quit because my office moved and I'm no longer anywhere near a Farrells location. So I do P90X now, simlair concept.
