Water Retention

Hi,

Firstly I'm sorry if this question has been posted by someone else.

I am 5ft 6, currently weight 142lbs ...but I still seem to be retaining alot of water around my belly. I am just about to finish my 30 day shred, so I do a minimum of that every day, sometimes do a little extrea with zumba & circuits classes.

I have cut out additional salt, but I still seem to retain a lot of water.

If this has already been answered, if you could point me to the right URL or if anybody has got any suggestions.
