I just posted the recipe for a choc cake I just made, http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/672929-delicious-easy-gluten-free-chocolate-cake-209-cals
I divided it up into 6 cos I amde a cake, if you put it in 12 cupcake cases that recipe would be around 104 cals per (small) cupcake :O
You could also add some sort of low-fat cream cheese icing, rasperrbies, choc chips...I def. intend to make it again!!0 -
Oh also, look out for frozen yoghurts if you're an ice-cream fan, ben & jerrys do fro-yo versions of loads of their ice-creams so you can indulge with way less guilt0

I tried that recipe nikki, it was amazing! I cut the cake in the middle and used low fat cream cheese and strawberries in it! so yum0
