You want to burn fat and lots of calories? Do Zumba workout 1 hour, 5 times a week! I lost 10 pounds just with zumba, no diet! It's very funny and it really workout EVERY muscle of your body. You have a variety of coregraphy like salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, kuduro, calypso, soca, samba, cha-cha-cha, hip hop, african beat, ect. The average calories you burn in a hour workout is approximately 500 - 800 calories depending of your body, etc. I'm telling you, YOU WILL LOVE IT! Defenitely recommend this! ;)
