first day of weight loss program.

:smile: Hi everyone, I just sign up and am anxious to see if this will help me out. I always excersise and try to eat healthy. So I thought, but now that I am over 40 I'm finding I need to change my eating habits. Apparently I am eating too many calories per day. A few changes and I am hoping I can take off a few pounds and inches. Wish me luck!!
