Hey all,
I was gunna buy this book, Not to stick to it rigidly but maybe i could pick up a few helpful hints to help me on my journey. I am the typical yoyo dieter every time i hit the dreaded plateau i throw the towel in. I am determined to do this hell for leather and not give up. I have tried orilstat, ephedrine borderline anorexia and they all worked at the time but none of them keep the weight off or are long term solutions. So i am wondering if any1 has read this book and know if there are any good tips in it?
Thanks xx

This diet sounds like starvation, and that is never a good plan for long term success. Quick fix diet fads are just that. :noway:0
