Whats up!
I'm new to this whole thing. The site and counting my calories. Kinda confusing to me :ohwell: lol So if anyone could help me and explain some of the basics or any tricks, i'd love to learn :happy:
First, i'll say a little about me and that way maybe theres different things i can do to apply to me more personally. I'm 18 years old, i love to cheer but our team aint really that active. Kinda stupid really. It takes a lot to push me to do something so i kind of gave up on crunches every night lol i do it maybe twice a week. I am also a vegetarian, so meat is completely outta my diet so i guess thats easier for me to stay within my calories lol I want to lose weight bc i use to be the smallest in my class at school and i hate not being like that anymore. Also, my dad says i'm getting big, and mom says she was much smaller than me when she was my age. I need to be like my mom more than my dad. He's big, she's not. And it's important to me to stay as different from him as possible. Also, i get sick of having big boobs bc thats all guys look at when they talk to me, so i wanna lose some of that. Also, it would be nice to look amazing in my cheerleading uniform...:wink: So give a shout if anyone has any advice, or if ya'll want a friend lol either's fine.
