6 week six pack - how much should I eat?

I asked a similar question to this about a week ago but I am still confused. I'm at a healthy weight (about 106 lbs at 5'0) so I don't really need to lose weight, but I want more muscle tone. I feel like I just have fat with very little muscle. I've started Jillian Michael's 6 week six pack about a week ago but I don't understand how many calories I should be eating. I know to maintain my weight I should have 1590 per day, according to MFP. I know to lose fat I need a deficit, but muscle can't form with a deficit. So what am I supposed to do to work toward that six pack - eat at maintenance level or make a deficit? Any help would be appreciated!

So 1590 includes your activity?
If so then as you don't appear to have much weight to lose, I would start with a modest deficit, probably 10%.
So 1430.0
