Hi, i'm planning to give up foods with wheat in it for 2 weeks and focus more on veg and fruit.
Has anyone done this, if so any tips/advice?
** The 2 weeks is to see if I feel better or see a difference, if not i'll add them back in

I have and I love it. I suggest using this time to test out non-gluten flours in your baking: coconut, almond, amaranthe, quinoa, etc. I found a great recipe for vanilla cupcakes using coconut flour (doesn't taste like cocount either) here http://comfybelly.com/2011/06/very-vanilla-cupcakes-using-coconut-flour/
Also, I eat Rudi's Spelt bread and have gotten my kids to eat it too.0
