Gardening and calories - HELP

Does anyone know of a website (in the uk) that works out calories for gardening. I have spent four hours doing some weeding, general digging etc. I looked at one website and it said for 4 hours work I burned 1,459 worth of calories which doesnt seem right to me. Can anyone help
