Too much too fast?

Good morning all!

So I know we should not weigh in every day. I haven't lobbed it I will wait until Friday but I have lost 4.2 since sunday I am a large girl though so I know the bigger you are the more you will lose in the begginning and quickly too. Is 4.2 unhealthy though in less than a week? I have been working out even after walking 45 min to and from work but I work out in the evenings so I am burning approx. 900+ calories a day on top of my extra regular burned calories and consuming about 1300-1500 calories a day so my net is around 500ish. When I look at the numbers it doesn't seem healthy BUT I am not starving myself so is this okay if it is working and I am losing almost 5 pounds in a few days?

    In my opinion, you should net at least 1200 calories. You'll do fine like this at first, but like a car, eventually you'll run out of gas.
