BMR Energizing

Just posting a rave (Not a rant!)
For years I normally ate about my BMR max, usually below it. When I'd try to lose weight (about 20lbs I want GONE, of fat) I'd drop to like 1200 or below and do tons of cardio...
I ALWAYS need a nap. Usually when I get home from work, it is "nap-thirty" as I call it. Just too tired. And I have a desk job!
Well, after stumbling across tons of information, and finally figuring out what I have been doing wrong, I am eating MORE. Yesterday was the first day in a LONG LONG time I actually ate more than my BMR (by like 100 calories!) and my goodness... I felt great! I was energized and didn't even think about napping!
So, lesson learned... when someone says eat more calories... maybe they are right! Maybe I don't know EVERYTHING lol.
